I have worked in Lettings and Property Management for over 12 years. I am proudly Oxford - born and bred - and have been based in East Oxford the whole time I have been working in Property.

I love the variety of the role, two days are never the same. I thrive when we are busy and having to deal with a variety of different projects - I am mocked (in a positive way) for my ability to remember the most random things relating to our properties.

I've got a number of proud moments in business - passing the Level 3 Technical Award in Lettings and Property Management (at my first attempt) and I've already passed qualifications in the next Level. I would also say that winning the Gold Award for the Best Letting Agent in the Southern Region at the ESTA's in 2010 was another great day - I was speechless, which is a first for me! Of course, we have gone on to achieve more accolades, such as Gold for Single Office in the Central Region at the prestigious Sunday Times Awards in 2011, along with Silver for Student Lettings in the UK.
