Either, at your request, as an additional charge on top of your 10% let and rent collection service, or as a part of our new 14% package.
Our management team are proving most cost effective. The savings we are able to pass on as a result of the scale of our work with contractors, is proving attractive. Many of our existing clients are switching to our 14% all in package.
