Facebook dominates student lettings.

College and County have taken their inovative use of Facebook to manage your student property a step further. The College and County Fan Page attracted over 1000 student “fans” who were able to access VIP previews of some of our student list as landlords agreed rents and dates.
This meant that in less than one month there were over 70,000 impressions of our page or a part of it!
Student searchers have also been able to “share” You-tube videos of our property, which has resulted in far fewer wasted viewings.
These two inovations, together with the recruitment of our real-estate student viewing agents, has allowed us to let over 50% of our student portfolio (subject to contract) in the first two weeks after release.
