A number or recent articles indicating that conditions in the market and the increase in BTL products available from lenders are conspiring to entice investment landlords back into buying hard. A report last week from the Council of Mortgage Lenders, has indicated a significant shift in the percentage of New Loans that are BTL products over the last 12 months. Total BTL lending last year was 11.5% up from 9.8% the year before.
