We now have over 150 student properties available in the most desirable locations and to suit all budgets. Shortlisting your property can be done online; with details and photographs available on our website from early December each year.

All viewings are accompanied and you can make your appointment by email or telephone.

Found something you like? Simply complete a reservation form, send us an admin fee plus holding deposit and the property is reserved (subject to contract) for your group.

Got a problem? We are always contactable 24/7! When you rent your accommodation with us you can call our offices on 01865 722722 at any time of the day (or night) to report any urgent maintenance.

For any non emergency maintenance issues, you can email us via propertymanagement@collegeandcounty.biz or info@collegeandcounty.biz. We date log and track these requests to make sure you get the very best maintenance service from us.
